תקופות
The word in modern Hebrew is Tekufot: The 4 turns of the year.
From Qumran Cave 4, a fragment of Aramaic I Henock (attributed to "Henock the Seventh from Adam" (Jude 1:14-15) is translated "Blessed are all the righteous, blessed are all those who walk in the way of righteousness and sin not as the sinners, (abiding) in the reckoning of all their days in which the sun traverses the heaven, entering into and departing from the portals for thirty days with the heads of thousands of the order of the stars, together with the four (days) which are intercalated, which divide the four portions of the year, which lead them and enter with them four days. Owing to them, men shall be at fault and not reckon them in the whole reckoning of the year: yea, men shall be at fault, and not recognize them accurately.
Cavalry Chapel Rock Hill plans to observe God's division of the year with the 4 Tekufots this year.
Exodus 34:22 And the Festival of Weeks, you shall observe, with the firstfruits of the wheat harvest, and the Festival of Ingathering at the turn of the year.

Scrap metal for Jesus
Proverbs 27:17
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the contenance of his friend.
While we as Christians sharpen each others metal in the Lord, earthly iron fails and rusts. Calvary Chapel of Rock Hill is asking for your scrap metal so that we can change the the trash of this world into glory for God. Any metal you have lying around will do. Contact Chris Calhoun and he will come an collect it from your home and take it to the local scrap yard at no cost to you. 100% of the proceeds will go to our missions around the world.
We thank you and may the Blessings of the Lord be yours.
Communion
You are invited to join us this Sunday for communion. Take the opportunity to commune with Christ and fellow believers in remembrance of the sacrifice He made for our sins.
1Co 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.
1Co 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it.
